WESTIVAL has built a tight professional team with the support of an ambitious board and well engaged community. The FESTIVAL DIRECTOR is responsible for the overall creative programme, management, finance and administration as well as the operational health of this well established annual celebration of the arts in Westport. 

The FESTIVAL DIRECTOR should demonstrate a track record in multi disciplinary arts practice programming, festival management, funding, promotion and community engagement. They should have a broad appreciation of the best work being done in a range of art practice(s) in Ireland and beyond.  This is a permanent part time position that comes with an industry bench marked pro rata salary.
