The Arts Council is committed to operating to the highest standards of corporate governance and has adopted a corporate governance regime in accordance with best practice. To this end the Council has put in place a Code of Governance Framework which consists of a suite of governance documents setting out the policies, procedures and responsibilities which guide how the Council conducts its business. The updated Code of Governance Framework, approved by Council in May 2018, is now published on the website.
