The application window for the 2019 Visual Arts Workspace Scheme will open on 8 May 2018. The deadline for the scheme is 5.30pm on Thursday, 7 June, 2018.

Please note from this year onwards the scheme will be managed directly by the Arts Council and applications must be submitted through the regular Arts Council Online Services system (OLS).

The purpose of the Visual Artists Workspace Scheme is to support artists’ workspaces throughout the country to provide the best possible working environment for visual artists and, where feasible, to enable a level of subsidy for the artists working in these spaces.

The maximum amount available to be applied for under this scheme is €40,000.
