Laureate for Irish Fiction, Sebastian Barry will join fellow writer Joseph O’Connor for an event in the University of Limerick on 7 March.

The deadline for the Young Ensembles Scheme is Thursday 14 February 2019 at 5:30pm. In 2019, this award will have two strands.

The deadline for the next round of the Arts Council's Deis Recording & Publication Award is Thursday 4 April, 2019 at 5.30pm. The window for making an application opens on Tuesday 5 March 2019.

Twice yearly, the Arts Council offers grants to enable artists and communities of place and/or interest to work together on projects. The Scheme is managed by Create.
