Literature Producers Forum
Do you programme, produce or perform literature events
projects? If yes, this is the Forum for you. The aim of the day is to:
- identify ways to increase the ambition and quality of literary events, programmes and tours,
- look at the role of cross-arts collaborations,
- find out what audiences and venues want,
- identify best practices in audience development,
- identify potential partnerships between artists, producers, venues and festivals,
- identify all possible funding avenues for new projects and productions.
The Forum is part of a larger effort to develop a greater culture of literature production in Ireland as more opportunities, outlets, venues and funding become available to creative directors and producers. Whether you're a writer, publisher, festival director, event producer, funder, librarian or arts administrator, there'll be something here for you.
10.30am–5.00pm + 6.00pm event, Mirrors | Thurs 23 May | Smock Alley, Dublin
