The Arts Council launches its new policy on the fair and equitable remuneration and contracting of artists.  

The upcoming deadline for Creative Production Supports Scheme is Thursday 9^th April 2020 at 5.30pm. The window for making an application opens on Tuesday 10^th March 2020.

The Arts Council is delighted to confirm the selection of the 5 Tier 1 organisations and 15 Tier 2 organisations to participate in Phase 2 of the very successful RAISE programme.

Through its film awards, the Arts Council is interested in creating an environment in which film artists have the freedom to make work of an experimental and/or non-narrative nature and are given opportunities to make highly creative authored work for cinema exhibition.

The deadline for the next round of the Arts Council's Commissions Award is Thursday 30 April, 2020 at 5.30pm. The window for making an application opens on Tuesday 31 March 2020.

The application window for the next round of Dance Arts Residency Schemes will open on 10 March next. The deadline for the scheme is 5.30pm on Thursday 9 April, 2020. Applications will be accepted through the Arts Council’s Online Services Website.

The deadline for the Theatre Artist Residency Scheme is 9^th April 2020, at 5.30pm. The window for making applications will open on the 10^th March.

The objective of the Opera Projects and Production Award is to support initiatives by professional practitioners in the development and presentation of opera at three distinct stages, encouraging both the development and/or presentation of work of high-artistic quality in a number of developmental stages and also the fully staged presentation of opera that engages with the public, providing opportunities for artists in the process.

The Touring and Dissemination of Work Scheme is designed to support touring and dissemination of work across a range of art forms and arts practices.

Deadline for receipt of applications: 5.30pm on Thursday 12 March 2020. The application window will open on 28 January 2020.

The deadline for the next round of the Arts Council’s film award Reel Art is on Thursday, 14^th May 2020 before 17:30.  The window for making applications opens on Tuesday, 14th April 2020.

The Arts Council has opened a tender process for a panel of Creative Associates to support the delivery of Creative Schools for the academic year 2020-21 onwards with a deadline of 17:00, Thursday 12 March 2020.

Applications for schools are now open with a deadline of 17:30, Thursday 19 March 2020.

Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB), on behalf of Music Generation Meath, seeks applications for vacancies that may become available in 2020 from musicians with specialism in teaching the following areas:  

• Small group tuition in vocal (including choral) or instrumental learning (any music genre).  
• Large group tuition (vocal and/or instrumental) in a range of school, community and youth settings.  
• Ensemble (instrumental/vocal), band facilitation, mentoring in any genre of music, including, where applicable, songwriting/creative composition/rap, music technology/recording etc.
