The Arts Council is pleased to announce Writer-in-Residence/Fellowship appointments for 2022.

The purpose of this tender is to support the Arts Council in the preparation of our new three-year plan for our Making Great Art Work strategy. Closing date is 14 January.

This clinic is aimed at Circus, Street Arts and Spectacle practitioners, producers and professionals planning to apply for Arts Council funding programmes over the course of 2022.  It will cover general information relating to making an application for CSAS funding from the Arts Council as well as give an overview of the available funding programmes for 2022.

The deadline for the next round of the Arts Council's Deis Recording & Publication Award is Thursday 17 February, 2022 at 5.30pm. The window for making an application opens on Tuesday 18 January 2022.

There will be a new round of DARS opening up for applications on the 25th January with a closing date of 24th February at 5.30pm.

The objective of the Dance Artist Residency Scheme is to stabilise and support a network of dance artists in residence across the country. The scheme is specifically aimed at dance artists working in collaboration with an arts centre, festival and/or a local authority (local authority is mandatory for strand 1).  This scheme has two strands.

The deadline for receipt of applications is: 5.30pm on Thursday 10 February 2022

Application window will open on Tuesday 11 January 2022.

The Arts Council is delighted to announce that it will offer two Clore Fellowships for 2022/23: the Jerome Hynes Fellowship and a new Impact Fellowship which is intended to address under-representation and diversity in leadership and will support leaders from diverse backgrounds.

 In response to the final phase of the Decade of Centenaries the Arts Council is planning a national programme, Art 2023, a call to artists and arts organisations, to surprise and renew the state.

Scoileanna Ildánacha/Creative Schools are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for schools/centres to apply to participate in the initiative. Schools/centres may apply from 29 March and the deadline is 17:30, Thursday 2 June 2022.

Mother Tongues are offering two professional development opportunities for artists and arts managers working in intercultural contexts.

The themes discussed include communication strategies in intercultural contexts, working towards transformational social change by reflecting on identity, difference and conflict.
