The Arts Council is delighted to announce that it will offer two Clore Fellowships for 2022/23: the Jerome Hynes Fellowship and a new Impact Fellowship which is intended to address under-representation and diversity in leadership and will support leaders from diverse backgrounds.

The fellowship programme is an initiative of the UK-based Clore Leadership Programme, which annually attracts in the region of twenty-five exceptional individuals who have the potential to play a significant role across a wide range of cultural activity.

The Fellowship provides a tailored programme of leadership development that aims to enrich and transform cultural practice and engagement by developing leadership potential, acumen and skills.

Previous recipients of the award include: Dylan Haskins, Commissioning Executive, Podcasts – BBC Sounds; Mags Walsh, Director of Creative Schools, The Arts Council; Willie White, Artistic Director and Chief Executive of the Dublin Theatre Festival; Fiona Kearney, Director of the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, Cork; and Fearghus Ó Conchúir, choreographer and dance artist.
