The Arts Council in partnership with the MA Festive Arts (University of Limerick) presents ‘Change Makers’ conference, a gathering of arts festival stakeholders to map and take stock of festival practice in Ireland.

The event will bring together professional and voluntary festival organisers, artists, funding agencies, resource organisations and policy makers to assess the festival sector’s contribution to cultural life in contemporary Ireland. The event will also provide festivals with an opportunity to network and build capacity through information and skill sharing.

The Arts Council is also accepting expressions of interest from festival organisations that wish to contribute papers or topics for discussion or presentation. Deadline for expressions of interest is November 18^th 2019
